My purchased software Won''t Load !

When you first run ANY software from Cyber-Labz then your bot will need to download necessary support files,
This is done in the background so not to bother you, ..

However this can take some time depending on your PC specs, mainly NET speed, there are 60 files in total (144MB),

* IMPORTANT *
If your purchased software is taking a long time to load please do the following :

  1. Open Windows Task Manager (CTRL, ALT and DEL)
  2. Look under the "Processes" tab
  3. You should see "*YOUR SOFTWARE NAME* : Downloading support files ......."
  4. Please wait for it to finish and your purchased software will start
